Your application letter must be up to date, stamped by the company and signed by a company representative.
- Download the "Documents Required from Companies at the Application Stage" file for the documents required during the application phase from companies that will request an explosives quantity requirement report from our department.
- Companies requesting an explosives amount requirement report must first apply to our department with a petition stating their request. For a sample petition format, download the "PETITION SAMPLE NEW_2" Word file.
- Download the "Explosives Requirement Report" excel file for the Explosives Requirement Report requested from the company's mining engineer.
